Lisa Clark
Stage designer, scenic & mural artist, painter and poet
Lisa graduated in Technical Arts Interpretation at the Wimbledon school of Art in 1998, and has 20 year experience in working and collaborating with directors and designers in the theatre industry. Lisa currently stage designs on productions in local theatres and at the University of Reading, using projections, fabrics, reused materials, furniture, wood, plastic and metal to create stage installations for performances.
Lisa specialises in large scale scenic works. Among her previous clients are The Royal Opera House, Watford Palace Theatre, Perth Theatre, Euro Disney in Paris, Wellington Country Park, 4 Kingdoms, Sonning Mill Theatre, Rabble Theatre in Reading and the Watermill Theatre.
She also teaches Arts and Crafts to Primary and Secondary age children from the ‘Art Shed’ studio based in Burghfield Common, as well as running the Monthly Kids Art Club at Ayres House Studios.
