Anna is the woman behind Raph & Rose; a handmade children’s clothing brand launched in January 2019, with the sole purpose of making fun and colourful handmade clothing accessible to all.

The clothes are made using 100% Organic OEKO-TEX certified Cotton fabrics and are designed with play in mind; elasticated waistbands and a little extra room all round, added length to the legs and adjustable dungaree straps ensure that her clothes not only last that little bit longer but have the child’s comfort as a top priority.

When her daughter Philippa was born in 2021, the brand really found its true purpose, spurred on by a huge hole in the children's clothing market for clothing that is not only bright, fun and colourful but that doesn’t reinforce age old gender stereotypes to the next generation of tiny humans. Raph & Rose seek to project a message that there's no such thing as girls clothes and boys clothes - that kids should be able to wear what they feel confident and comfortable in, to be free, to play, learn and grow without restriction or biases holding them back.

With those simple guiding principles underpinning everything, Anna designs, makes and packages every single item with love and care right here at Ayres House. Raph & Rose items are primarily available online but can also be found in a number of small independent stores, at select markets and events up and down the country and now, available for collection right here at Ayres House!
